MEAL PLAN CYCLE: RESIDENT MEAL PLANS START SATURDAY MORNINGS & END ON FRIDAY NIGHTS!
Resident meal plans (7, 12, 15 a week or Carte Blanche) are purchased through the Office of Residence Life. If you would like to purchase a resident meal plan (available for Resident & Commuter Students) or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, please fill out the 'Meal Plan Request' form through Residence life. Commuter students MUST sign up for a Resident Meal Plan every semester if they wish to continue to have one - they do not roll over semester to semester.
Commuter, Faculty and Staff Block Meal Plans, and UT Dollars can be purchased online.

In case of MEAL PLAN EMERGENCY AFTER BUSINESS HOURS (week days after 5 p.m. & on weekends), please contact Sharon Lerum at 813-376-0079. For emergency and non emergency inquiries pertaining meal plans during business hours, please email dining@ut.edu or call 813-257-3088.
For any questions or concerns regarding Resident Meal Plan Changes, please contact the Office of Residence Life.
If you have lost your Spartan I.D. card during business hours, please visit our dining office with a valid photo I.D. (license, passport, credit card with photo) or present your Workday profile showing your Student ID number and active meal plan to receive meal vouchers.
If you have lost your Spartan I.D. card and are in need of meal vouchers after the office hours of operation, please present your Workday profile showing your Student ID number and active meal plan to the cashier.
2026-2027 Resident

Carte Blanche
Unlimited meals with unlimited seconds at The Ultimate Dining Cafe, plus $75 Spartan Dollars per semester and up to 3 meal exchanges a week from defined combo meals in The Vaughn Center, Starbucks Reserve locations, as well as Morsani Hall retail locations (excluding Panache). Carryout is not available on the Carte Blanche plan at Ultimate Dining.
Price: $3,477 per semester
The Favorite
15 meals a week with unlimited seconds at The Ultimate Dining Cafe, plus $100 Spartan Dollars per semester with up to 15 meal exchanges a week from defined combo meals in The Vaughn Center, Starbucks Reserve locations, as well as Morsani Hall retail locations (excluding Panache).
Price: $3,377 per semester
The Ultimate
12 meals a week with unlimited seconds at The Ultimate Dining Cafe, plus $150 Spartan Dollars per semester with up to 12 meal exchanges a week from defined combo meals in The Vaughn Center, Starbucks Reserve locations, as well as Morsani Hall retail locations (excluding Panache).
Price: $3,321 per semester
The Express
7 meals a week with unlimited seconds at The Ultimate Dining Cafe, plus $75 Spartan Dollars per semester with up to 7 meal exchanges a week from defined combo meals in The Vaughn Center, Starbucks Reserve locations, as well as Morsani Hall retail locations (excluding Panache). This plan is only available to residents of Palm, Straz Hall, Urso Hall, RAs, Commuters, Faculty, and Staff.
Price: $1,876 per semester

This plan is good for 35 meals at Ultimate Dining for the term. Can be purchased at any time throughout the term. Block meals expire at the end of the term.

This plan is good for 25 meals at Ultimate Dining for the term. Can be purchased at any time throughout the term. Block meals expire at the end of the term.
