Catering Policy & Guidelines
The University of Tampa has an exclusive agreement with UTampa Catering Services for food and beverage service at all University-owned and operated facilities. All University departments, student organizations, and outside organizations hosting events on campus are required to follow these catering guidelines.
The policy includes information on catering requirements, self-catered events, potlucks and brown bag events, approved beverage products, applicable taxes and fees, and the process for requesting approval to use an outside food vendor. Requests for outside vendors must be submitted and approved in advance and may require additional documentation.
